World of Warcraft’s newest limited time mode, Mists of Pandaria Remix, came out worldwide on May 16th. With it comes a new twist on an old favorite expansion, bringing back old cosmetics and adding new ones. One of the latest transmog sets added is the class arsenal, which is a new recolor of the previous class-specific weapon sets from the Trading Post .
They can be obtained for free by completing one of the three objectives of the Isle of Thunder achievement, so you can skip the 3,000 Bronze price tag! After completing the achievement once, you can then purchase any class arsenal you’d like. For example: you do not need to be on a shaman to buy the shaman set, but you do need to be a shaman to wear it. Alternatively, you can do the achievement on a new character to get it for free once again. In this guide, we’ll be going over exactly how to complete the Isle of Thunder achievement so you can obtain your class arsenal in MoP Remix.
Also, feel free to check out our companion article on how to obtain your class ensemble here!
How to begin
To begin working on the achievement, you’ll need to be level 50 as Isle of Thunder is a 50+ zone. You can then pick up the first quest in Townlong Steppes. The quests are picked up in slightly different locations for Horde and Alliance characters but they’re both near the Shado-Pan Garrison.
Alliance

Head to the coordinates and speak to Vereesa Windrunner nearby. She will give you the quest The Storm Gathers. Talk to her again and choose the dialogue option to proceed. You will fly with her to a ship. Once on the ship, make sure to turn in your quest to Jaina Proudmoore so you can use the portal next time!

Go to the coordinates provided and speak to Scout Captain Elsia. Pick up her quest The Storm Gathers. Talk to Elsia again and choose the “I’m ready to go” dialogue option. You’ll fly with her on a Sunreaver Bloodhawk until you reach a ship. Make sure to turn in your quest to Lor’themar Theron so you can use the portal for your next visit!

As a reminder, you only need to complete ONE of these achievements to get your class arsenal.
Elusive Foes: Isle of Thunder
This achievement requires you to defeat three of the eleven possible rares on the Isle of Thunder. I was able to complete this easily on my server, which is not super populated, so most of the rares were up. This may not be the case if you’re on a very populated realm so you may want to do the campaign instead.
I would suggest looking for the rares farther away from Nalak and the raid first. That zone has a lot of foot traffic so the rares are more likely to be dead than not. Coordinates and map of all rares provided below!

/way #504 63.4 49.0 Molthor
/way #504 49.0 89.0 Haywire Sunreaver Construct (patrols)
Rare Notes
Haywire Sunreaver Sentry has a 21% chance to drop the Sunreaver Micro-Sentry pet.
Molthor has two spawn points– on top of a tower in Stormsea Landing and inside of the Swollen Vault on the far back side.
Progenitus is at the very top of the highest peak in Ihgaluk Crag. Stay out of his Unleash Blood ability so you don’t get knocked off the cliff! The path leading to his spawn is at /way 50.51 74.71
Ra’sha is not recommended if you’re a melee or DoT class. He puts a debuff on you called Mark of Blood that heal hims when he takes damage from you. He does not seem to give an indication of when he is using this ability. I stopped attacking Ra’sha but my Burning Wound was still on him which kept causing him to heal to full. He is also in a cave guarded by two high health mobs.
Campaign: Isle of Thunder
For this achievement, you simply have to complete the Isle of Thunder campaign. Follow the questline from The Storm Gathers you picked up earlier when you were coming to the Isle of Thunder. The questline is not very long but there are a couple scenarios you have to do. The final quest is The Fall of Shan Bu for both Horde & Alliance.

I would pick this option over Elusive Foes if you’re on a super populated server as the rares will probably be heavily contested.
Looking for Group: Isle of Thunder
To complete this achievement, you will need to kill two world bosses and complete the Throne of Thunder raid on any difficulty. This achievement is my least recommended out of the three, especially if you want to get your class arsenal as fast as possible. This is because it will most likely take the longest due to Throne of Thunder being a very long twelve boss raid. It may be worth it if you’re looking to farm Bronze however. Completion of this achievement will reward a total of 2,500 Bronze altogether, not counting the Bronze you’ll get from killing each raid boss.
The first world boss, Nalak, is on the Isle of Thunder right in front of the entrance to the Throne of Thunder raid.

Despite the achievement name, the second world boss, Oondasta, is actually on the Isle of Giants instead.

The Isle of Giants is located at the very top of your Pandaria map. You can get there by flying northwest from the Isle of Reckoning in Kun-Lai Summit. You will be promptly dismounted when nearing the Isle so try to land in the water!
You’ll need to join a raid in order to down these world bosses as they have a lot of health. You can find groups in the premade groups section of the group finder. Most people tend to put them under the “raids” section.
As for the Throne of Thunder raid, you can either look in group finder for a normal/heroic group OR queue for it in raid finder. At the time of writing, the DPS queue time for LFR is very long. I would recommend queueing as tank or healer if you don’t have a lot of time to wait. Additionally, you must be level 50+ to queue for it.

The queue may become faster as time goes on and more people reach level 50 though!
