The Bestowed Trawling Mammoth mount is obtained by completing the Iskaara Tuskarr themed meta achievement, Army of the Fed. This achievement is comprised of 8 smaller achievements, focusing on fishing in the Dragon Isles and various activities in the Azure Span.
This meta achievement is timegated due to the “Taking From Nature” achievement. At minimum, it will take four weeks. However, it may take even longer if you are unlucky.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_222.png)
Taking From Nature
For this achievement, you need to do a daily quest and then set up a net at the five possible fishing holes around the Dragon Isles. The River Mouth fishing hole is always available. There will only be one of the other four possible secondary fishing holes available per week. It is completely random which one will be up, which is why this achievement may take longer than four weeks as mentioned above.
You will need to be renown 4 with the Iskaara Tuskaar faction in order to see and complete these quests. You’ll be able to tell which fishing hole is active by looking for the fish symbol on the zone map.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/image-29.png)
*IMPORTANT*: After completion of the daily quest, you must set up the associated fishing net spot you just unlocked or you won’t get credit. This goes for all five of the Fishing Holes. Additionally, you can only do one net unlock quest per day.
The Five Fishing Holes
River Mouth Fishing Hole is located in the southeast of Waking Shores, pretty close to Valdrakken. Required quest is Otter Devastation.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_210.png)
Burning Ascent Fishing Hole can be found on the west side of The Waking Shores. Quest required is called Frogs of Fire. If this doesn’t work for you for whatever reason, Wowhead commentors have said that crafting the Iskaaran Harpoon with Tavio in Iskaara and getting the Cutting Tusk Equipment achievement gave them credit for this fishing hole.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_211.png)
Grimtusk’s Fishing Hole is found near the middle of Azure Span. Right where the Fyrakk Assault spawns when it’s available in Azure Span. Quest you’re looking for is called Net Worth.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_212.png)
Roaring Dragonspring Fishing Hole can be located in southeastern Ohn’ahran Plains. Required quest is Predator Control.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_213.png)
Tyrhold Fishing Hole is found in central Thaldraszus. You’ll need do the quest Underwater Menace. Note that you do not have to summon the huge underwater beast for the quest yourself, you can simply help kill someone else’s and it’ll count.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_214.png)
Secret Fishing Spots
For this achievement, you will need to unlock highlands, ice and lava fishing spots. They all require you to be a certain level of renown with the Iskaara Tuskarr, as well as crafting specific items.
For highlands fishing, you will need renown six with the Iskaara. You’ll need to collect Flying Fish Bones near the skinning trainer in southern Iskaara.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_215.png)
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_209.png)
After that, visit Tavio nearby to craft your Flying Fish Bone Charm. He can be found to the west near the entrance to The Filled Bowl. You’ll need to visit Tavio again for the other two crafts listed as well.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_217.png)
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_216.png)
For ice fishing, you need renown 10. You’ll need to find the Pickaxe Blade, located to the left of the Missing Hinge inn in Three Falls Lookout, Azure Span. It is used to craft the Iskaaran Ice Axe. You may also need to be level 50 in Dragon Isles Fishing in order to see it.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_219.png)
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_207.png)
Lastly, lava fishing requires you to be renown 15. After that, you need to pick up 3x Sea-Polished Basalt, found around the coast near the zeppelin dock in the Wild Coast, Waking Shores. Many can be found by the fishing trainer Danielle Anglers as well. You can then craft your Polished Basalt Bracelet to finish up this achievement.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_220.png)
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_208-1024x529.png)
We’re Going to Need a Bigger Harpoon
For this achievement, you will need to harpoon 25 Massive Lunkers at a Large Lunker Sighting totem. These totems can be found at the Fishing Holes mentioned in the “Taking From Nature” achievement. They will only appear at the two active weekly Fishing Holes.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_221.png)
Massive Lunkers are spawned by right click using 5 Ominous Conches near the Large Lunker Sighting pillar. Lunkers summoned by others, even party members, will not count toward your achievement. You must summon all 25 yourself. This means you’ll need 125 Ominous Conches in total.
Despite not giving achievement progress, farming in a raid is still the best option. This is because you can loot the Lunkers other people have summoned for a chance at receiving more Ominous Conches, decreasing the time you’ll need to fish.
Alternative methods to farm Conches
If you’d prefer not to fish in a raid, here are a couple other good ways to farm Ominous Conches:
Tuskarr Tackleboxes become accessible at renown 27 with the Iskaaran Tuskarr. These spawn plentifully around bodies of water in the main four Dragon Isles zones. They have roughly an ~11% chance to drop an Ominous Conch. This is a pretty efficient way to grind for them if you hate fishing!
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_242.png)
Zaralek Cavern Fishing is another decent method if you have 100 skill in Dragon Isles fishing. Head to the main town of Loamm and fish at the same spot as the Niffen Linecasters, right behind Myrrit. Wowhead commentors have said that they receive about one Conch every 1-3 minutes in this location.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_241.png)
*NOTE*: For both of the methods above, you will still need the Iskaaran Harpoon mentioned below in your bags in order to be able to loot the item you’re looking for.
Now, let’s go over how to get this necessary Harpoon.
How to begin
To start working on this achievement, you will need an Iskaaran Harpoon to use on the Lunkers. In order to make one, you’ll need to be renown 7 with the Iskaara Tuskaar. You’ll also need to have at least 25 skill in Dragon Isles Fishing. Next, you’ll have to collect three parts from around the Azure Span. This is best done in order as you need to pick up the first and second items before being able to get the third.
First Part
The first item you need to find is the Harpoon Head. It can be found on the anvil to the right of the baby Tuskarr Arv in Iskaara.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_228.png)
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_227.png)
Second Part
The second item, Wooden Pole, is found on the ground in one of two locations. It can be found just north of Iskaara or southwest of Brackenhide Hollow.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_229.png)
/way #2024 20.7 36.1 Wooden Pole 2

![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_231.png)
Third Part
The third and last item, Tattered Seavine drops off of the rare Fisherman Tinnak. You need to find three items off the ground to get him to spawn. They all can be found near Camp Antonidas around roughly the middle of Azure Span. The first item to trigger the encounter is the Broken Fishing Pole. You must click this first or you won’t see the other items.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_233.png)
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_232.png)
The second is Torn Fishing Net nearby. It should show up on your minimap!
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_235.png)
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_234.png)
Lastly, the Old Harpoon which will cause Fisherman Tinnak to spawn.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_237.png)
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_236.png)
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_240.png)
After you’ve killed the rare and gotten all three parts, you’ll want to head back to Tavio in Iskaara, who helped you craft your other fishing items! He is located at the coords /way #2024 12.8 49.2
Soupervisor
To complete this achievement, you need to complete 100 tasks during the Community Feast event in Iskaara.
What is the Community Feast?
The Community Feast is an event where you work together with other players to help the chef tuskarr Big Kinook make a large pot of soup. You’ll have to defend the soup from attacking beasts as well as collect ingredients to put in it and even help stir. The goal is to fill the soup quality bar up by performing various tasks Big Kinook will assign to you.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_205.png)
My current task shows up on the right hand side of my screen above my quests. It may be in a different spot for you if you’ve changed your UI around. If you get confused about what you’re supposed to do for your task, you can mouse over the timer area for more information.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_206.png)
The Community Feast is available every one and a half hours (90 minutes). Once it starts, you can complete tasks for about 15 minutes before the event ends! The amount of tasks Big Kinook assigns you is based on how many other people are also participating. The more people, the less tasks you’ll get. Assuming you’re on a very highly populated server and only get one task per minute, you will need to do 7 Community Feasts to complete this achievement. It will probably take you less though!
Lastly, if you’d like to check when the Community Feast is going to be available next, you can do so by hovering over the Iskaara Tuskarr hook symbol on your map
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_218.png)
Alternatively, you can check without being online by looking at the front page of Wowhead under the “Today in WoW” section with Dragonflight selected.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_224.png)
Leftovers’ Revenge
This achievement is also related to the Community Feast event. For this one, you will need to reach a soup quality of Legendary. This causes the rare Bisquius to spawn, which you’ll need to kill to get the achievement.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/image-31.png)
Getting the soup quality to Legendary can be pretty difficult. It generally requires a lot of people participating in the event. I would suggest joining a raid group via group finder if you can.
Additionally, during Dragonflight season 4, the Feast became relevant again for the Last Hurrah: Dragon Isles quest. If you’re reading this article during season 4, I would strongly recommend trying to get this achievement on that week specifically. It also helps if you try to complete the event on reset day (Tuesday for NA, Wednesday for EU) to have the most people possible interested in completing it.
Lend a Helping Span
This achievement requires you to complete ALL of the 16 optional quests in the Azure Span. All of these can be picked up in one of three locations– Camp Antonidas, Three Falls Lookout or Iskaara. Note that these quests are separate from the optional side storylines of the Sojourner of Azure Span achievement.
*NOTE*: You will need to complete the Azure Span main campaign up to and including the quest To Iskaara before you will be able to see any of the quests in Iskaara. Completing chapters of the main campaign is also required for other hub quests such as For The Love of Others so I would strongly recommend getting it done first.
Camp Antonidas Quests
For The Love of Others first requires you to complete the quest Ways of Seeing which is picked up from Apprentice Scrumpy at /way #2024 47.6 40.2. After that, you can pick up the quest you need from Noriko the All-Remembering, who can be found nearby at /way #2024 46.6 40. Note that you need to talk to the quest giver to get up to the top of the tower. Flying up will not properly trigger the quest item to spawn.
Send It! is given by the Supply Portal located at /way #2024 46 38.8. When accepting the quest, make sure to speak to the NPC again when you’re ready so you can begin.
Setting the Defense quest can be grabbed from Arch Enchanter Celeste at the coordinates /way #2024 46 38.4.
Tending the Forge is given by Custodian Vernagos the Blacksmithing Trainer at /way #2024 46 41.

The Great Shokhari is from the NPC Zon’Wogi located at /way #2024 19 24. He is also the NPC that will give you the mount, Temperamental Skyclaw, if you turn in specific items. Click the link to head to our guide if you wanna learn how to get that mount!
The Heart of the Deck has a few prerequisite quests to do before you can complete it. First, you’ll want to do the other Three Falls Lookout hub quests first. You should then be able to pick up Water Safety from Manny Read at the coords /way #2024 18.6 23.6. After that, the second quest is A Shard of the Past, picked up from Gannar Fullpack at the coordinates /way #2024 19.2 24.6. Lastly, you’ll need to do Legendary Foil given by Guo-Hee Calmwater inside the inn at /way #2024 18.8 24.4. You can then pick up The Heart of the Deck from Mysterious Apparition right next to Guo-Hee!
Iskaara Quests

Fishing: Aileron Seamoth is from the NPC Lukoturukk at /way #2024 14 49.4. You don’t actually have to fish up 5 Aileron Seamoth if you don’t want to. You can simply purchase them off of the auction house.
The Weave of a Tale is given by Elder Nappa underground in a tent at /way #2024 12.4 49.4.
Toejam the Terrible has a prerequisite quest called Rowie, given by Auntie Kaunnie near /way #2024 13.6 47.6. Once you find Rowie, he will give you the Toejam quest.
WANTED: Krojek the Shoreprowler is given by Bukarakikk the Skinning Trainer found at /way #2024 12.53 49.87.
Adventurer of the Azure Span
This achievement requires you to kill 10 out of 22 possible special encounter/rare mobs in Azure Span. I will go over each and every rare as I can’t predict which will be available to you when you’re trying to get this achievement!
Most of these rares are straightforward but there are some that have quirks, such as ones that are only available during certain times or events. Below is a map and coordinates for all rares except those that have multiple spawn locations as they would add a lot of clutter. If a rare has a red star next to it, it has a quirk that I’ve touched on below. I’ve also gone over multiple spawn point rares. If you do not see a rare mentioned, assume it functions as normal rare does. Some of the rares listed simply do not show up on the main map or minimap but rest assured– they still count for the achievement!
It may be worth it to download an addon such as RareScanner or SilverDragon as they will give you a popup and audio notification whenever you’re close to a rare. You can also customize them if neither of those options sound particularly good to you. These addons can be especially helpful for rares with multiple spawn points!

Multiple spawn points
Azure Pathfinder roams around the Upper Frostlands in a fairly quick manner.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_261.png)
Dragonhunter Gorund walks around the Traitor’s Rest area of the Azure Span. Since the Big Dig event has been added to the area, there have been several reports saying they haven’t seen this rare spawn. Anecdotally, I have spent a lot of time in the area completing the event and camping Breezebiter and I have NEVER seen this rare up.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_260.png)
Spawn quirks
Bisquius can be spawned only by reaching Legendary soup quality at the Community Feast event. More information about this event can be found under the “Soupervisor” section.
Blightfur does not spawn on his own. You must first speak to the NPC Golkrin in the cave at the coordinates provided to summon him!
Fisherman Tinnak is summoned by clicking on three items in the general vicinity of his spawn. He must be killed in order to craft the Iskaaran Harpoon. You can find more information about Tinnak in the “We’re Going to Need a Bigger Harpoon” section of this guide.
Frostpaw requires you to first pick up the Wooden Hammer that spawns on top of a hill behind a tree.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_262.png)
You will get a 20 second buff called Gnoll Wooden Hammer. With this buff, run to the west where there’s a tree stump with three toys on it nearby.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_263.png)
Whack the toys in this specific order: Hogger (black jacket), then the Gnoll, then the Baby last. Doing so should cause the baby gnoll Snowball to spawn and call out to Frostpaw for help. Frostpaw will then spawn in!
Mucka the Raker patrols the small area around the dam/river where her coordinates are. In order to kill her, you must first find and kill the two Mucklings in the area. Otherwise, she will most likely evade and reset so you won’t be able to kill her. Note that the Mucklings do tend to get stuck on rocks or inside objects.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_256.png)
Notfar the Unbearable does not have a spawn quirk but rather a quirk with how you must kill him. You must damage Notfar slowly while killing the slimes that come out of him. At about 30%, the Gutrot Slime will spawn and you can then kill him. If you do not kill Notfar this way, he will often bug and you will most likely not be able to loot him afterward. The Gutrot Slime has a chance to drop the Notfar’s Favorite Food toy!
Spellwrought Snowman is spawned by first walking up to the Arcane Pedestal near Archmage Cleary and several Maruuk Centaur. They will have a little bit of dialogue.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_258.png)
After their dialogue ends, you should start to see Arcane Energy around the area. You need to collect ten of these and bring them back to the Arcane Pedestal. This must be done one by one. When you reach 10, the Spellwrought Snowman should spawn.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_259.png)
Trilvarus Loreweaver requires you to first click on a Singing Fragment at the ruins near his spawn. This will give you a 30 second debuff called Singing Energies.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/singingfrag.png)
Once you have the debuff, quickly head over to the Unchanged Focus crystal near Olias Rivershaw and click on it. This should cause the rare to spawn.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_255.png)
This rare does tend to bug out. When Trilvarus spawned, he started hitting me but I was not able to target him and hit him back. I ran far away until he reset. Upon returning, he was marked as hostile and could be targeted.
Fishing related rares
Seereel, the Spring, Swog’ranka, Skald the Impaler, Moth’go Deeploom and Astray Splasher are all fishing related rares. They can be fished up when using 5 Ominous Conches at a Large Lunker Sighting. This is all explained in depth in the first section of this guide called “Taking From Nature”. This means they are not Azure Span exclusive, so I have omitted them from the map & coordinates sections. They seem to be most common at the Waking Shores fishing hole, with Thaldraszus in second place and Ohn’ahran Plains last. None of them have Azure Span spawns in their Wowhead data so I am not sure why they are part of this achievement besides being related to fishing.
Ravenous Tundra Bear and Snufflegust seem to spawn specifically from the Azure Span fishing hole, which is why they have been included in coordinates and on the map unlike the others.
Specific schedule rares
Gruffy
Grumbletrunk
Skag the Thrower
The three rares mentioned above are part of a 28 rare cycle that includes rares from each of the 4 main Dragon Isles zones. One of the rares spawns every 30 minutes so it takes a total of 14 hours to get through them all before the cycle resets again.
Here is a very useful googledoc that lists the spawn schedule of all the affected rares for both North America and Europe. Alternatively, you can look on the first page of Wowhead in the “Today in WoW” section under Timed Dragon Isles Rares to see which ones will be spawning in the next 2 hours. Make sure to click the appropriate region and expansion options!
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/image-71.png)
Treasures of the Azure Span
To complete this achievement, you will need to collect six treasures in Azure Span. The first three are pretty easy to get, however the other three have a bit of randomness involved and may require lots of grinding.
Rubber Fish
For this treasure, you’ll want to head to the Upper Frostlands area of the Azure Span. It is close to where the Fyrakk Assault is when it’s available in the Azure Span. The Rubber Fish is hanging from a hook above the water by a small camp, west of the NPC Yennu. Upon looting this treasure, you will receive 5 Rubber Fish.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_244.png)
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_243.png)
Lost Compass
This treasure is in Lonely Falls, found in the southeastern corner of the Azure Span. There are many water elementals at the nearby pond. The compass is on the ground under a large tree overlooking a cliff. You will receive the Lost Compass toy for looting it.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_245.png)
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_246.png)
Pepper Hammer
This treasure is located at Traitor’s Rest, where the Big Dig event is hosted. Alternatively, it can be found to the east of Iskaara.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_248.png)
There is a large dead tree that hangs above the double headed dragon skeleton. You need to fly up and into it. You’ll see some a yellow blob called Tree Sap near the bottom. Click on that first to get a 5 minute buff. Now, head to the stick near the front and click on it.
![](https://trueendgame.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Screenshot_247-1024x550.png)
After you’ve done those two steps, the Pepper Hammer bird should fly over to the stick. Click on the bird to receive the Blackfeather Nester pet.
The next few treasures is where it starts to get a bit more complicated. First, let’s talk about how to unlock treasure maps as you’ll need to loot them to find the last treasures you need.
How to Unlock Treasure Maps
To unlock the ability to loot treasure maps in the Dragon Isles, you need to first loot Dragon Isles Supply Bag from any Primal Proto-Drake located in the Waking Shores. They are especially common in the north east section of the map, near where you landed after taking the zeppelin when you first came to the Dragon Isles. After looting it, complete the associated item quest.
You should then be able to pick up the quest Funding a Treasure Hunt from Cataloger Jakes at the coordinates 76.6 34.2. Next, buy the map Archeologist Artifact Notes from her and use it to find the intro treasure, Golden Dragon Goblet. Now you can find treasure maps for other treasures around the Dragon Isles!
Forgotten Jewel Box
Once you’ve learned about maps, you can then hunt for the Sorrowful Letter map, which is required to be able to find and loot this treasure. This item can be found in most chests/treasures but it has a low drop chance. The most farmable are Expedition Scout’s Pack, which is unlocked at renown 2 with Dragonscale Expedition and Disturbed Dirt, which requires renown 5. They can be found in any of the four main Dragon Isles zones.
To dig the Disturbed Dirt, you need a shovel. One option is the Small Expedition Shovel which you can buy for 15 Dragon Isles Supplies from Cataloger Jakes at the Dragonscale Basecamp in the Waking Shores. It has 5 uses before it disappears. Alternatively, you can buy the Sturdy Expedition Shovel from the auction house. It has 20 uses before it disappears. I would suggest farming Dirt in the Ohn’ahran Plains specifically due to the high density of piles.
Once you’ve finally looted the required treasure map, right click it in your inventory. It should show the location of the treasure on your map. The box is found near the Azure Archives at the bottom of a crystal waterfall, UNDER the water. You’ll get the Gleaming Arcanocrystal toy for looting this treasure!

Gnoll Fiend Flail
First, you’ll need to have found and looted the Letter of Caution map in order to see this treasure. After that, you’ll want to head to the Upper Frostlands area of Azure Span again. You’re looking for a small cave at the base of a big tree, facing north on your map. The Gnoll Fiend Flail is in the very back of the cave to the left. It is a one handed mace transmog!

Sapphire Gem Cluster
You’ll need to find the Precious Plans map for this one. The method for getting this map is the exact same as the other two, except for the fact you will need to be renown 21 with the Dragonscale Expedition first to be able to loot them. They also have a very low drop chance.
After you’ve gotten the map, you can now loot the treasure. It is found behind a snowy tree in the Cobalt Assembly in the northern middle of Azure Span.

With the gem you get, you can either put in a crafting order for a Jeweled Sapphire Whelpling at the Artisan’s Market (assuming you’re not a jewelcrafter yourself) OR use it to buy Cobalt Dragonflame Blade from Meiz in the Cobalt Assembly zone of the Azure Span. You must be maximum reputation with the Cobalt Assembly on one of your characters to be able to buy the sword.
