The Enchanted Dreamlight Runestag is awarded from Chapter 6 of the Night Fae campaign. To unlock Chapter 6, you need to reach renown 13 and complete the previous chapters.
Renown is awarded weekly and will take around 5 weeks to achieve. The quest chain is straight forward, just follow the quests and complete the final quest of the chapter: Drust and Ashes.
This mount is locked to the covenant Night Fae, even once earned you will not be able to use this on any other covenant.
