The Garn Nighthowl mount drops from the Elite mob Nok-Karosh in Frostfire Ridge in Draenor. Once killed the mount will drop 100% of the time, if defeated in a party the mount will drop for all party members and is Bind on Equip.
Nok can be a bit of a pain to defeat if you aren’t higher level than him, so it’s recommended to try this at around level 105 as he stops scaling at level 100.
Extra Tips
As the mount is a BoE drop there will most likely be some on the Auction House on your realm and it is often sold for around 1,500g-2000g, although some high population realms such as Draenor it can be as cheap as 500g.
