Follow the campaign quest chain until A Creche Divided at which point you should receive the quest The Land Beneath which begins the 10.1 campaign quests.
Simply follow the campaign till you complete the 2nd chapter and you will unlock the reputation.
Earning Reputation
There are various methods of earning reputation which are listed below:
Campaign chapters
The Embers of Neltharion campiagn chapters starting with Breaking Ground each reward 2500 reputation with the Loamm Niffen, which is 1 full renown with the reputation.
There are 6 campaign chapters which reward the reputation so you will gain 6 full renown from completing the campaign chapters.
However, it should be noted the final chapter A Flame, Extinguished requires you to kill the final boss Scalecommander Sarkareth in the Aberrus, the Shadowed Cruicible raid on any difficulty to begin.
Weekly quest
The weekly quest A Worthy Ally: Loamm Niffen, which is unlocked after completing the Breaking Ground campaign chapter, rewards you with 500 bonus reputation for earning 1500 reputation.
This quest can be picked up from Mimuup inside Loamm.
It is recommended to pick this up at the start of each week before doing other reputation activities since it requires 1500 reputation to complete.
World Quests
Completing world quests in Zaralek Cavern will reward 75 + reputation per world quest and new world quests spawn daily.
Before doing world quests you should purchase and use a rank 3 contract: Loamm Niffen as it will give you an extra 15 reputation when completing any Dragonflight world quests.
With the contract you can even complete world quests in other zones to gain rep, although you will only gain 15 reputation with Loamm Niffen.
Quests
Various quest chains reward Loamm Niffen reputation within Zaralek Caverns:
• The Mouse Detective Questline starting with Yarren which gives 1000 reputation at the end of the questline.
• The Slime Time Live questline from Elder Honeypelt rewards 1000 reputation at the end of the questline.
The A Swallow’s Tale questline from Effervesta also rewards 1000 reputation and can be found next to Elder Honeypelt.
Whilst doing this quest chain ensure you pick up the quest on the Dead Cave Swallow during the quest Flown the Coop
After completing the A Swallow’s Tale questline you will then unlock the final questline giving reputation, which is given by Myritt which starts with Best Friends.
After completing Best Friends return to Myrrit to pickup The Heavy Crown and follow that small chain.
This chain gives 375 reputation total for the 3 quests.
Researchers Under Fire
Completing the Researchers under fire event, which begins on the half hour of every hour and rewards a bag containing between 250-1000 reputation depending on the tier of the bag, which depends on how many objectives were completed during the event.
The bags have four tiers and are rewarded for 3/6/9/12 objectives completed weekly and each bag gives you 250 reputation.
You may only obtain a bag of each tier once a week and obtaining a higher tier bag gives the reward of the lower tier bags, so obtaining the tier 4 bag will give you 1000 reputation if you have not obtained any other bags.
It is recommended to join a raid group to obtain the highest tier bag possible as it is not possible to do all 12 objectives solo.
After you have obtained the max tier bag for the week subsequent bags will only give 50 reputation. It is therefore recommended you do this weekly to obtain the tier 4 bag but not to do it after that point until the weekly reset.
Sniffenseeking
After completing the 2nd Campaign chapter Breaking Ground you are able to start sniffenseeking a new event where you dig underground to find treasure.
To begin Sniffenseeking seek out Myrrit in Loamm.
You are able to do 3 digs each week with Myrrit through the use of Dig maps.
Myrrit will automatically have 1 map each week, so simply speak to him to use it.
The Lost Dig map is rewarded from doing the weekly quest A Worthy Ally: Loamm Niffen from the Scentsational Niffen Treasures bag you are given.
The bartered dig map can be purchased from Ponzo for 3 barter bricks or 1 barter boulder (when you hit renown 12).
One of the Sniffenseeking digs will give you a bag containing a 250 rep insignia with the Loamm Niffen which you can get once a week.
Starting with renown 9 you are also able to find quests inside the dig areas that also reward 200 reputation, so keep a look out when sniffenseeking for the quests. There is 9 quests available in total.
Events
There are various events dotted around the zone which give 50 reputation, most of them are designed for multiple people and may not be worth attempting solo due to how long they can take.
Look for the below symbol on the world map to find events.
Extra tips
Whilst you can only gain 250 reputation whilst Sniffenseeking a week, the insignia is actually bind on account so if you have multiple characters and would like to funnel one character reputation then you can earn an extra 250 reputation, per character per week.
Once you have unlocked sniffenseeking it is account wide so you do not need to do the campaign to unlock it, simply fly to Zaralek Cavern.
Doing this reputation on a human character and/or during the Darkmoon Faire is also recommended as human characters gain an extra 10% reputation and having the WHEE! buff from the Darkmoon Faire also gives 10% extra reputation.
Multiple Character Method
On top of these bonuses, there is an additional method of gaining fast reputation that does require quite a bit grinding and 2 level 70 characters.
This method makes use of the Word of a worthy ally rank 1 bonus you get at renown 10 that grants 100% increased reputation up to renown level 10.
How this method works is to complete all quests, world quests, events etc that give Loamm Niffen on one character.
Once you have done that on one character you should be somewhat close or already have hit renown 10 (if you are not renown 10 then continue to do events, world quest etc until you hit it).
Then you will unlock the buff that grants 100% increased reputation and you should then go do all quests, world quests, events etc again on that second character.
Since they have a 100% buff until renown 10 then you should hit around renown 15 on that character.
It is recommended that at renown 9 you get the bar as close as possible to renown 10 without hitting renown 10 and then completing a campaign chapter to give you 5000 reputation (since you will still retain the buff as long as you are not renown 10).
Doing it this way should make you extremely close to renown 18 which is what you need for the mount. Simply continue to do world quests and weekly quests until you hit renown 18, then simply visit Harlowe Marl to purchase the mount.
Dragon Isles Supplies
Dragon Isle supplies are abundant in Dragonflight but if you have managed to spend them all, then there are various ways of obtaining them such as weekly quests, world quests, dragonriding racing, renown rewards etc. Obtaining 800 will be extremely easy if you still need them.
