Smoky Charger

Guide

The Smoky Charger can be purchased from Quartermaster Alcorn once you are Exalted with the Order of Embers for 90,000g in Arom’s Stand. This reputation will mainly be done via daily activities.

Getting Exalted with the Order of Embers can be done through a variety of methods but generally most of your reputation will come from World Quests. These are unlocked at level 50 and currently require you to have completed Uniting Kul Tiras which is to get Friendly with Proudmoore Admiralty, Storm’s Wake and Order of Embers.

Starting out through it is best to run through the main story questline of the zone which can be started from the Scouting Map in the Boralus. As you go through the zone you will also find side quests that can provide reputation.

World Quests

World quests within Drustvar will award you with reputation towards Order of Embers, this is typically 75 reputation per World Quest and they will expire and be replaced by new ones throughout the day. Also a Faction Assault can appear within Drustvar, these will provide additional World Quests and a conclusion quest which award reputation.

Emissaries

Emissaries can be seen in the lower corner of your map and will represent one of the BFA factions. Each Emissaries lasts for 3 days, meaning you can only have 3 Emissaries available at once. Completing 4 World Quests related to the Emissary faction will complete the Emissary and then you can hand it in for 1,500 reputation with that specific faction.

Contracts

Contracts are made by Scribes and you can have one contract active at once. A contract will give you a bonus 10 reputation for each BFA World Quest you complete towards the faction that the contract is related to.

Mission Table

At your factions ship in the Boralus, you will find your Mission Table. These missions randomly rotate and can occasionally provide missions that will award reputation for BFA factions.

Island Expeditions

Completing Island Expeditions, which you can start in Boralus, you have a low chance of receiving a Dented Coin which can be turned in for 250 reputation and is repeatable. You can also purchase these for 100 Seafarer’s Dubloons from the nearby vendor.

EXTRA TIPS

Humans receive 10% extra reputation from all sources due to their racial buff. Additionally, countless reputation buffs can be utilized to speed up your reputation gains further, such as the WHEE! (DMF is around for one week every month), WOW Anniversary buff or other mini-holiday related buffs such as Grim Visage.
