The Spinemaw Gladechewer mount is dropped by Gormtamer Tizo on a 100% drop rate. However spawning Gormtamer Tizo is the challenging part.
To spawn him you need to defeat the Bristlecone Spriggans in Tirna Scithe, the elites riding the Deranged Guardian’s seem to have a higher chance. Either way defeating the Spriggans has a low chance of spawning Gormtamer Tizo, the defeated Spriggan will yell for Tizo’s aid, this is when you know you’ve been successful in causing it to spawn.
It should spawn nearby to where you defeated the yelling Spriggan. The fight itself is fairly trivial, defeat Chompy and then Tizo himself to get the mount!
